Our SaaS, often referred to as ITX Portal, can be summarized as a fusion of a traditional Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and cutting-edge communication tools. The platform integrates various communication channels, including traditional phone services, email, live chat, SMS, social media, and advanced functionalities like camera and screen sharing. ITX Portal​

Our web-based user interface, ITX Portal, operates seamlessly within web browsers, eliminating the need for any installations.

Every feature available within the ITX Portal is powered by our REST API. As a guiding principle, any action achievable through the web client can be replicated using our REST API. However, certain endpoints rely on specific constants tied to our internal system, necessitating some familiarity with these details before utilization.
